Are Kinder Soles waterproof?

Because of our efforts to use recycled materials, we were not able to waterproof our footwear. It should be safe to wear them on a rainy day, but you probably don't want to jump in the pool with them on.

Do Kinder Soles have to be broken in?

Kinder Soles do have to be broken in. Wear them for 4-6 hours then you won't ever want to take them off!

Do Kinder Soles have a warranty?

Yes, Kinder Soles offers a warranty for defects outside of the normal wear-and-tear. Please contact us directly at info@kindersoles.com with any questions or concerns and we will find a solution that’s fair to you. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

What is the return policy?

Kinder Soles have a 30-day return policy. If for some reason you are displeased with your pair, you can send it back to Kinder Soles and we will be happy to exchange for a different pair or refund your money.
